It is a recently built tourist accommodation, located in Favignana center, a few steps from the main attractions of the island, and all essential services, such as shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, post office, ship and hydrofoil terminal.

The house, with garden, is located on the ground floor. It is accessed by crossing a small veranda furnished with a relaxation lounge, bordered by a driveway gate. In addition to a double bedroom and bathroom, a living room where there is a double sofa bed, a dining corner and a kitchen equipped with everything that can be needed. This opens onto an equipped green area, located at the rear of the house. Together with the dining area, located under a large canopy, there is also a space with barbecue, dedicated to food preparation and cooking outdoors; for relaxation, sun loungers arranged among the olive trees and jasmine. A comfortable outdoor shower completes it. The house, equipped with every comfort, has smart TV and WiFi. Guests can benefit of:
